Access

1. To have access to the website / online newsletters / archives, a specially allocated username and password will be supplied to the clients for their sole personal usage to enable them to use the service and gain access to the information contained within. Globe InfoWire may alter the password from time to time in accordance with its standard security checks after giving prior information to the Client.

2. As a client you should notify us immediately either through call or e-mail, if you suspect that any unauthorized person/entity has gained your password. We will block that password and will issue a new password to the client.

Usage License

Globe InfoWire grants the user a non-exclusive license to use the service and to access and use the information subject to and in accordance with these below-mentioned terms and conditions.

1. The client hereby acknowledges that the archive rights and all other intellectual property rights comprised in or relating to the information will remain the sole property of Globe InfoWire.

2. No part of information contained in the website / archives may be reproduced, transferred, distributed or sold. No one can prepare or compile other archives, newsletters etc. or use the information in any way without prior written consent / permission of Globe InfoWire. No online or hard copy publishing can be made.

3. Globe InfoWire reserves the right to make amendments to the service or any part or parts in the website / database / archives or to withdraw any part of parts or add new parts time to time without prior intimation/consent to/of the clients.

4. In case there is a technical error, due to which the service is suspended, interrupted or otherwise temporarily unavailable, Globe InfoWire will rectify the fault as soon as possible; however there will be no liability of Globe InfoWire to repay the subscription amount proportionately to the period for which the error occurred. Also Globe InfoWire will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered by the user as a result.

5. The user is not authorized to use the archives / service otherwise than for the purpose of its normal routine business activities and can not permit any person, legal entities other than its authorized officials to use or have access to the website / database / archives or any parts thereof.

6. During the trial period, the user is restricted to a limited number of days. On request we may consider increasing the trial period.

Registration

1. On registration, the user must provide accurate and complete registration information and it becomes his responsibility to inform in case of any changes to that information (particularly e-mail address). If user is not ready / able to provide accurate and complete registration information, we may not be able to provide the services to him.

2. On registration, you will be given a unique user name and password.

3. A user can not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of his rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.

4. On expiration of user’s subscription, use of and access to the website and services will be terminated. This will only be restored after submission of relevant fee.

Payment Terms

1. We operate on a quarterly basis and take subscription cost in advance; for a subscription, minimum a quarter payment is required for starting the services. Only after receiving of payment the access to the website / archives would be granted.

2. The client needs to make the payment within 20 days of issuance of invoice for the services; his access may also be terminated on default behavior. The subscription fee for the service will accrue from the date on which it first made available to the client or otherwise stated in the agreement.

3. The client will be responsible for all tax liabilities including value added tax, occurring using the database / website wherever applicable until and unless specified in the agreement.

Changes Of Contents

1. Globe InfoWire reserves the right to modify, delete or change any aspect of the content, the site and or any of the technical specifications. User should be agree and acknowledge that such changes may result in user being unable to access the whole or any part of a site. It would be only for the betterment of the services.

Competitions And Events

1. Globe InfoWire also runs events, surveys and competitions from time to time; these are subject to additional terms that will be made available at the time of such events. We may also take assistance from specialized third party providers for organizing these events without prior notice to users.

Advertisement and Promotions

1. Globe InfoWire offers a global platform to reach to right audience. Your advertisements and promotional campaigns on our website or through our newsletters fetch enormous results. 1. Globe InfoWire has a unique service of sending SMS alerts to its clients on instructed verticals. With this service they are informed whenever a tender or any news of their choice is posted on the Internet. This is a complementary service on every subscription. We have all the rights intact to change this service to paid service from free of cost. We can not send SMSs on the numbers listed on DND or DNC directories as per TRAI’s regulations.
